I am an MPH candidate in Nutrition and Dietetics at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, with a B.S. in Public Health Sciences from the University of Michigan.
My training has shaped a deep belief that food is far more than fuel: it is culture, community, and one of the most powerful levers we have for health. I approach nutrition through a public health lens, which means I think beyond the individual plate to the systems, environments, and lived experiences that shape how people eat. Whether working one-on-one or at a population level, my goal is to translate complex nutritional science into practical, compassionate guidance that meets people where they are — without judgment, without one-size-fits-all prescriptions, and always with the whole person in mind.
